We’ve designed the Academy to offer structured development programmes tailored to different roles and career stages, delivered through a mix of internal expertise and external coaching.
Zurhaar Academy strengthens collaboration across our international companies—bringing colleagues together to learn, exchange insights, and grow together.
Our goal is to build long-term competence that supports both personal development and the Group’s strategic goals.
Our first courses launched in 2024, including a Practical Management Programme and a tailored finance and accountancy course. These were developed in close collaboration with experienced coaches and our in-house financial experts.
