The project represents an important milestone, not only for O.B.Wiik AB, but also for the wider Zurhaar Group. The property and building are owned by Zurhaar AS and leased by O.B.Wiik, creating a strong synergy between the property and industrial sides of our business.
This significant investment marks an important step in O.B.Wiik AB’s development, enabling improved logistics and a greatly enhanced working environment for the entire organisation.
Construction of the new office building is being led by G Construct AB, the main contractor for the project, under the management of Tomas Karlsson, Project Manager (Arbetschef). Zurhaar has a policy to only build new buildings with energy class A. This building is therefore naturally built to this standard. O.B.Wiik AB is the supplier and main contractor for the site’s two fabric storage halls.
The new facilities include:
These custom-designed halls, together with the new office building, will provide O.B.Wiik Sweden with a modern, efficient, and scalable base for future growth.
The investment demonstrates our unwavering confidence in O.B.Wiik Sweden and reflects the strength of the Zurhaar Group. The new facilities will not only enhance O.B.Wiik’s operational capacity but also lay the foundation for continued innovation, growth, and success.
